can anyone help me about UP VAT. In form-24 point no-7 a iv. purchase from Ex. Up-what is this? which purchase covers in this head. i think interstate purchase against C form and all exempted purchase. is it right. pls do explain me ASAP. its urgent

Purchases EX Up has to mean all purachases made form outside UP has to be stock transfer and purchase against C Form. Ideally it should not include unregistered purchase.

My confusion is that can we fill form-24 return of up vat in point no-7 a iii) purchase of exempted goods- ALL LOCAL and/or Central purchase of exempted goods in that point or in some other point
