can anyone help me about UP VAT. In form-24 point no-7 a iv. purchase from Ex. Up-what is this? which purchase covers in this head. i think interstate purchase against C form and all exempted purchase. is it right. pls do explain me ASAP. its urgent

My confusion is that can we fill form-24 return of up vat in point no-7 a iii) purchase of exempted goods- ALL LOCAL and/or Central purchase of exempted goods in that point or in some other point
