Unwanted entries in Dashboard

I created a Spice+Part A form to reserve a name in July. I did not pay for it. I cancelled it. After a few days, My application>Pending For action shows the entry in Red color. There is a message on the top: Red/Amber colour represents SRN's due for cancellation, if not submitted, within next 5 / 10 days respectively.
Even though 2 months have elapsed, the redundant, unwanted, cancelled entry is still showing up there. Is there a way to get rid of it?
