1) Whether anyone has claimed unstructured CPE hrs on reading of articles posted on this site ?
2) What is rolling period 2008 ?
If i have registered myself on 12 August 2009 then how CPE hrs will be calculated if i am not holding COP and working in CA firm ? Yet i have not attended any structured programme.

I have already read this article earlier, but i am asking about articles which i received
through mails daily. Whether that can i claim ?
And rules regarding rolling period i know but i have some doubt that i have to comply
10 hrs per year or 15 hrs for one year ? since i have registered on Aug 09 while rolling started from 2008.
