RCM under section 9(4) threshold limit of 5000/- applicable for a day
up to 31/3/2018 there is no RCM.
RCM has been removed for sec 9(3) specified service and not for 9(4) unreg to reg dealer

ohk I'm really sorry let me correct myself it's 9(4) RCM has been suspended i.e unreg to reg and 9(3) still continues for GTA and Legal Service
