What will be the consequences if an unregistered company fraudulently doing business as "Registered company" ??

Company means a company incorporated under company act 2013 or any other previous company act. registration of company is mandatory

quitw interesting, consequence is all the directors are personal and jointly liable for anything and everything.

for fraudulently claiming it as private limited or limited company prosecution may arise. max 7 year jail with penalty to the extent of fraud if any
