There is rent which i have not realised , and i dont know wethere tenant would give me or not so is this necessary for me to show it in the ITR or if i show it that this rent is pending then wether this would be taxable as of now or not????

unrealized rent is less from Gross Annual Value .
and taxable in the year in which it is realized after standard deduction @ 30% (flat) .
