Unprotected sheet

If the excel utility (latest version released on 01.08.2019) had been installed after having Net framework 3.5 (or above) on your system ; also after filling general information like PAN etc........ if the problem persists...

Then there may be bug in the utility...... Try Java version .... or report it to helpdesk.

No. There is no problem, if you have followed the steps properly. I have tried ITR2(latest version) and is OK.

I will suggest to first fill all the mandatory fields in General Information. Save the file after validating the sheet. & reopen it again, ............ that may solve the issue.
