I ask people about unlimited company they say me they don't exist in India then why company act 2013 removed it like it removed other company any body who can explain the meaning of unlimited company

unlimited company is the one with unlimited liability towards its shareholders. .. they won't exist in India
because no management would be ready to accept such unlimited liability
