I am a qualified CA.
I had prepared for IAS (civil services) last year and given the exam. Sadly I missed the cut off by 2 marks (secured 313 marks).
Now I would like to know if I should mention this at an Interview since otherwise there would be gap of a year in my resume.

I Think yes becouseyou have not lost one year for negligence but for some novel purpose.So u should tell this in interview but simultenously u should also clarify that why u sifted from civil service to corporate job.
