Unfortunately I submitted gstr1 can I modify it.
I failed gstr 3b correctly but gstr 1 submitted wrongly can I modify it now .

No Sir you cannot modify or revise it now. Unfortunately, Under GST Regime, there is no concept of Revised Return.
You can rectify the mistake by amending your next month's FORM GSTR-1 via the amendment field.
You can rectify the mistake by amending your next month's FORM GSTR-1 via the amendment field.
You can rectify that mistake in your next GSTR 1 return through "Amendments column"
