Check the above thread. The solution given there works - do note that newer version of file bcprov-jdk18on-173b04.jar will be available so use that. rest whole process remains same.

The solution worked for me
 

Rpu 4.5 & Fvu 8.0 Version in not supported java latest version.

1 Uninstall all java Version & Restart Pc.

2 After Restart Pc Install  Jre-8u171-windows-x64.exe Run As Administrator.

3 Restart Pc then Generate Fvu file.
