GUIDE ON PIVOT TABLE / CHART

1. Open the data file for which you want to create pivot
2. Check all columns has headings
3. go to the cell where you want to insert the pivot table
4. go to insert > click on pivot table
5. select the data for which you want to make pivot table
6. click ok
7. Drag the data in report filter , row filter, column filter & value
