management of the company desires to appoint the same cost cost auditor of next financial year also.. explain the procedure for reappointment of same cost auditor for the next financial year...

take a concern letter of that cost accountant and pass a board resolution for appointment of that cost auditor and report to ROC of appointment of cost auditor within 30 days
