Can any body tell me whether there is any special provision if pension uncommuted pension is received by a person who is offcer in air force. According to my information uncommuted pension is fully taxable whether government of non government..

Dear Sumit,
Mr Uday has rightly said that it will form part of taxable salary but for exemption part you can see section 10(10) which might be helpful for your case.
