SUPOSE I AM CONTRACT AND DEDUCTEE HAVE ISSUED ME A MACHED FORM NO.16A. BUT MY 26AS DISPLAY UNMACHED.
IN THIS CASE I HAVE RECEIVED INCOME TAX REFUND?
IF YES OR NO, PLEASE GIVE ME A REASON?

As per new TDS system, if u get matched form 16 A which is generated from the website of trace only when, TAN , Chllan and bank details etc are matched.
Hence, there is no question of not getting refund
In case, deductor has issued you cleared Form 16A, refund should be allowed to you.
