Hi everyone,

I have to remove my directorship from the Company for foreign study matters. Its 5 years old, did 20-30L revenue during 2019-2022 and now Nil revenue from paat 2 years.

Have all the documents and compliances complete.

Windup is costing 1L and 1 year and I don't have the time. If anyone is interested, pls reply and we will connect.
