Dear Friends,
Please can i have list of situations under which a person can carry forward his unabosrbed depreciation? e.g. same assesse can carry forward, in amalgamation, demerger. i have doubt on succession of business under inheritance.....can i carry forward unabsorbed depreciation?
Pls reply its very urgent...
