UNABLE TO SUBMIT MY RETURN

I have prepared my return under ITR 4 selecting old tax regime and filled the details.  I have not submitted/filed my return yet.  Subsequently I have filed 10IE form and I have the ack number.  Now, I wish to file/submit my return after changing it to new tax method. The portal is not allowing to correct it to new tax method.  Please suggest how to go about.
