Respected sir/ mam,
We submitted form 3 CD from CA Login but form doesn't get accepted due to the DSC of client is expired & the client is at serious conditions of health due to health hence the new DSC is not get authenticated & Form is not accepted by client login , Hence is there any penalty of non filling of TAR within due date & How to resolve the problem
please suggest.

Get all copies of medical records and keep it along with the client file
incase of any discomfort from IT authorities you can show these and get relaxed
if client can authorize some one else on his behalf you can try that too
Thank you for your suggestions sir..Yes we tried for authorised representative but it takes time for 74 hrs to activate & now we don't have time so..is there any complications if we accept form 3CD on tommorrow onwards ??
