Unable to save and reopen file form2

Steps to Save & Reopen ITR forms (Java based) for AY 2014-15: -

1) Open ITR Utility

2) Complete Details as required under PartA - General (use Pre-Fill button) and fill Bank A/c, IFSC Code, Type of Account, Fathers Name, Date under PartB - TTI.

3) Now click on Save button (if above information suggested in Step2 was not filled then you can't save this form).

4) Give path and file name (Default extention .xml).

5) To Reopen file click on Open button and then click on Don't Save button and then select your file having extention .xml

6) Java version required 7.13 it is also know as Jre 1.7

7) ITR Utility runs on Java Environment, so it was compatible to Run on Win XP / Win 7 or other versions also.

I HAVE DONE ALL WHAT YOU SAY, EVEN VALIDATE BEFORE SAVE THERE IS NO ERROR BUT DO NOT ABLE TO OPEN FILE
