Unable to retrieve trn (temporary reference number)

On around 22nd April, With my PAN, mobile and email Id, i created one GST account as tax payer and got GST number also.

Now that I want to register as GST Practitioner also using same PAN, Email, mobile, the system is asking to login using TRN generated in the first place. And says that the same were sent on email and mobile.

I some how don't have TRN in my mail box and mobile message box.

Then system says that in such a case while logging using these credentials, system will display your TRN.

Unfortunately, system does not show the TRN.

On inquiring with help desk,they appear to be clue less.

Ideally old TRN should have lapsed in 15 days.. but it hasn't.

Can somebody tell me what is the way out?
