New MCA system require JDK 1.6 with version 30 on your machine.

It may solve your problem. I hope you are using internet explorer.

you neeed digital certificate to fill up the form, make sure you have a valid DSC

Thanks for your responses. However, I am using the latest JDK as shared and as well have a valid DSC.

I am using Internet explorer only and well versed with technology. However, problem still persists. Could some one try this and let me know because as soon as i click select certificate the error dialog appears?

Is this an issue with the new website?

Thanks,

Atul

Click on Select Certificate

Then, a Pop menu will appear showing name of DSC holder.

Click on the name of DSC holder required to be registered.

Note:- If Pop menu would not appear, then click on TOOL menu or settings>Internet option> security tab>uncheck the Enable Protected mode>Set security to middle level>Custom level and enable all Active X Controls>apply.

Thanks Tarun.

I see no pop-up and only error message. I have already changed the setttings as you have mentioned. No Success !!

Since you have gone thru FAQ and you are well versed with technology, you probably have already tried but just in case you have not, then follow steps below - (In my case, following steps below at least resolved problem you mentioned & I could see pop-up showing installed certificates)

1) Have you successfully imported your DSC in Internet Explorer? If no, pl do so.

2) If answer is yes to above question, pl install entire chain of certificate by downloading & installing CA and sub CA certificates. Here is how to do it -

  1. If the CCA and TCS-CA certificates are not installed in your Internet Explorer then click the following link below to download the Certificate Trust Chain.
    https://www.tcs-ca.tcs.co.in/index.jsp?link=html/chaindownload.html
  2. Click on Tools > Internet Options > Security.
  3. Click “Internet” and change the Security Settings to “Medium”.
  4. Click “Custom Level” Button.
  5. Enable the “Download Signed ActiveX controls” option.
  6. Enable the “Run ActiveX controls and Plugins” option.

Hi,

Do ur PC have Service Pack three, i suppose this problem is due to this only, Just install Windows service pack3 and do not forget to install Internet Explorer 6

Check whether you have the valid Digital signature certificate. Then select the certificate while fill the form
