How to raise request for refund reissue on IT portal. It is saying there is no refund failure to raise the issue.
but the client received email from cpc stating your refund is failed due to name mismatch. now how to raise the request?

Generally refund reissue option available within 7 days of receiving mail , check again after 2-3 days.
Thank you. mail received on 9th July. it is more than a week now. I chkd with cpc. they asked me to mail them. but till now no solution or reply
Wait same available soon
Cpc has asked to mail attaching certain documents. hv done that. now waiting for the solution
Check the reason for refund failure also.
