Dear Members,
I am unable to open Form 15CA filing JAVA utility. It gives error message "Plese select a valid XML / Draft file"
My JAVA version is 8 update 65 and JRE is 1.8.65 which is upto date.
Also I have downloaded the Form 15CA utility form Income Tax web site today.
I am using Windows 8.1 .
I tried to open on three different PC but cannot open.
Please help.

Please uninstall the latest version and install the olcer version like 8.51 from https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-javase8-2177648.H T M L#jre-8u51-oth-JPR
