Unable to match kyc in traces

I am trying to update the profile in traces user, then a window appear to mach the kyc of challan. but after entering the correct data its returning a messege challan does not match but same data entering from software to get console file etc. it is correct and fetch the console file etc, please help how to match the kyc of challan in traces.

Did you check the correct quarter and entered the date in given format?

sorry. as you said for condo file the challan details are correct. so once again enter the details for condo file. you will get an authentication code. copy the code. now go for profile update. instead of enter all the details just enter the authentication code you have copied earlier. note: for profile update latest accepted return details should be entered.

i know it i mean to say when i trying to download the conson file from a third party software tdsman with same data, most of the time I am succeed but there no authentication code is fetched so i could not use i for another task but in traces website i tried to match the chalan with same data where i could not match the challan as authentication code is not generating.

enter the challan details according to the form 24q of the concern quarter

follow following steps

1. Go to https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp

2. Scroll down to form Challan no/ ITNS 280 .. click it

3. e-payment page opens select (0021) incometax other than companies

4. Fill in your PAN and details of your address. select Assessment year as 2018-19.Fill all correct data and Email

5. select type of payment as (100) Advance Tax

6. select the way you want topay and pay Rs. 10/- as advance tax for 2018-19 and save payment advise generated online on your computer.

7. once you have paid you will get necessary email with all related data required to register Traces.

8. Wait for 3/ 4 days then go to https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/QueryTaxpayerAjax

9. Fill in data as you have and check if the payment is reflected in IT dept system. ( it takes 3/4 business days )

10. once you see all is available online you can go to Traces website and register for the same.

11. YOur registration request will never fail in TRACES with investment of Rs. 10/-

iF you have any DSC, register it on traces portal in your login, and try to fetch the particular Conso file by giving any of the available KYC details. if the problem still appears please follow here.. there are multiple ways to fetch the Conso file.
