Dear Sir/ Mam,
My registration got cancelled on 29.08.2019 by the department due to non filing of returns. Now i have filed all the returns. But i am unable to file the revocation of Cancellation its showing the error that revocation cannot be filed after 180 days of Cancellation. Please resolve my query. Thanks.

In term of Notification 15/2021 CT, R/w Circular 148/04/2021 GST , the revocation can be file maximum within 90 days.
So I don't think that your GSTN can be revoke.

Yes it will show you cannot file revocation. But after exceeding govt limit days , you can apply for Appeal to appellate authority through Apl-01 form and you will be assigned and officer for Hearing you can attend it self aur through self representative.you have to pay taxes, interest and late fees.
Yes. Gopal Sir. You are right in this i think. Because i have revoked a registration after two years of Cancellation last year.
