UNABLE TO FILE RETURN OF A MINOR

Dear All,

For the first time I came to work with a minor file and i am confused how to file it when ever i try to login with password the message comes as "Your login is disabled because an authorised representative is assigned to your profile"

First i should tell about the minor ( Subhadip Hazra) that his father and mother both have expired his legal guardian is his maternal uncle (Dilip Kumar Paul), the minor receives a sum of about 3.5 Lakhs as FD interest and accordingly bank also deducts TDS which will be refundable.

Will i have to file return using his maternal uncle's login credentials ?

I would be very thankful to you if you can guilde me though the whole process of filling return so that the minor gets refund. kindly go though the attached file for further reference
