1. Try Alternative Browsers or Clear Cache

• Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

• Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

2. Use GST Offline Tools or APIs

• Some third-party GST software providers allow you to download GSTR-2A data via APIs.

• If you have access to any GST accounting software, try downloading GSTR-2A through that platform.

3. Check Portal Status

• Sometimes GST portal undergoes maintenance or updates which delay file generation.

• Visit GST Portal's official Twitter handle or GST website announcements for any maintenance updates.

4. Download JSON and Convert

• You can try downloading GSTR-2A in JSON format (if available) and use offline tools to convert JSON to Excel.
