because it showing mobile no not verified with UIDAI

no I already linked my Aadhar no with Mobilestore but my question is after I login income tax website and I go the tax return option select assessment year everything after for one time password I select 3 options will come know in that I selected first option then it showing udai not verified please update your mobile no with udai it showing

"I WOULD LIKE TO GENERATE ADHAAR OTP TO E VERIFY MY RETUN"
visit aadhaar enrollment centre. Mobile number can be added to aadhaar only after finger print verification.
