Dear Friends

If i buy a TV worth Rs. 80000 from a shop and get it to my home in my car, then do i need to generate E-way bill?

Right now eway bill has been deferred for some time.

Currently E-way bill has been deferred , But in future , If you face this kind of problem just hire a rickshaw to avoid e-way bill

Present aaybills are not very clear abou thus issue. Possible interpretation is..supply has been ended at Shop gate. Movement is in your personal capacity. As you are unregistered, way bill is not required. We may get some more clarity in the Feb9th meeting
