Hi All,
One my my client want us to sign Financial Statements & Audit Report of Private Limited Company now. Also he is ready to bare all consequences as applicable under Companies Act, 2013 like compounding of offences or payment of penalties etc.
My concern is as UDIN is mandatory then how to generate it, as we cant UDIN for that period as of now.
Please help.
You cannot retroactively generate a valid UDIN for an audit report signed several years ago under normal circumstances, as the system-enforced limit is 60 days from the date of signature. Please contact udin @ icai.in directly for official guidance on how to handle legacy filings to ensure you maintain professional compliance and avoid disciplinary issues.
