Quick Summary
For Uber drivers, the GST filing process is handled by Uber itself, as the e-commerce operator. While drivers may need to file details in GSTR-3B if registered, they generally have no personal GST liability. Uber covers the GST payments, and consequently, drivers cannot claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) as they have no tax liability to offset.

No liability on cab driver. Uber will comply with GST provisions in this case.

If he is registered then filing of details will have to be done in GSTR-3B 3.1.1 (ii)

Although there is no liability and all payment of GST will be done by e-commerce operator. ITC will also not be available to driver since he has no liability
