AO made addition u/s 68 than income tax calculation would be at normal rate 30%, or assessee should be available for tax slab rate.....

as per my opinion slab rate will not be allowed
now normal rate exceed 30% to 60% at present?
30% tax flat rate
at present flat 60% cumulatively computed @ 77.25% after including surcharge and cess
