Sir, i filled my ITR for AY 2018-19 with claiming tax relief under section 89 (1) for the arrear of salary of last 2 years on 24/07/2018. Thenafter i got a mail that you have submitted ITR without furnishing of form 10 E and next day i.e 25/07/2018 i have submitted form 10 E successfully. But now, i have received intimation U/S 143 (1) in which they rejected the claim. In this matter plz guide us.

nothing to worry... your return might be transferred to your jurisdictional ao .. apply rectification application online
