U/s 10 e

Sir, i filled my ITR for AY 2018-19 with claiming tax relief under section 89 (1) for the arrear of salary of last 2 years on 24/07/2018. Thenafter i got a mail that you have submitted ITR without furnishing of form 10 E and next day i.e 25/07/2018 i have submitted form 10 E successfully. But now, i have received intimation U/S 143 (1) in which they rejected the claim. In this matter plz guide us.
