defective return ka notice 10/9/2020 ko aya tha
kya abhi response de kr return file kr skta hoo?? aur itr form 2019 la download kru ja new vala?

You should file return in response to the defective return and you should file return in new utility

You can also file new itr before 10.01.2020 as earlier itr have become invalid

Return defective hai sir AY 2019-20 ki hai
Ay 19-20 ka hi itr form lena hoga sir?

I think query is for AY 2020-2021 about defective return. Then please file return again under 139(9)
