Generally PT employer , Labour registration and GST registrations are required.

Why GST registration is required .Still not started the business.

Even it is started , March turnover doesn't need registration

For this financial year it is not required..I have given general response..You may need to get approval from local authority also

For registration purposes it may not require but to start a business it has to planned in advance
