What are the different registrations required in Karnataka and Telangana to start a business?

Hotel business in Bangalore
Generally PT employer , Labour registration and GST registrations are required.
How about food license ?
Yes .Food license is also required
Why GST registration is required .Still not started the business.
Even it is started , March turnover doesn't need registration

For this financial year it is not required..I have given general response..You may need to get approval from local authority also
