Yes... It's Composition Scheme....

The meaning of Regular is Different from "Casual Dealer"...

So, Don't Worry the registration under "Composition' Also You ll be check it under Taxpayers Search column...

Yes, if your GST registration shows as "Regular", it means you are NOT under the Composition Scheme.

  • No, "Regular" does not necessarily mean that your turnover is above ₹1 crore.

    • "Regular" is the default category for normal GST taxpayers, regardless of turnover.

    • Even with turnover below ₹1 crore, you can be registered as Regular, especially if:

      • You didn't correctly select composition while applying, or

      • You voluntarily opted for a regular scheme to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC), etc.

In short:

  • “Regular” ≠ Composition.

  • “Regular” ≠ Always above ₹1 crore turnover.

  • It simply means you’re not under composition and must file monthly or quarterly GST returns like GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

You should recheck your application or consult a GST practitioner (e.g. Setindiabiz) if you meant to opt for the composition scheme however, ended up with regular.
