Generally bank requires 6 months time gap between two return filling date. Else it will not grant loan. You can file manual return instead. Consult in income tax office for it.

Ya, generally we will do it. But in the case of loan from financial institution not feverishly for client.

Dear Soniya

Your First question - Same date file can be accepted. As per your return Asst Year filing date was truly acceptable.

Second Question:- The return filing same date should not be stuck to sanction of loan.

Assume that your file is unaudited file then hopefully you have show your income thorugh ITR 4 or ITR 4S then the Limit of amout for sanction may be calculated by the Bank. If you convinced to the Bank manager or take loan from local area Bank hopefully there will be no problem at all.

So, Go Ahead.
