Is it allowed to do two degree programs simultaneously from different university/institute (one course in distance mode and another in regular )?

Actually I want to take PhD in commerce/finance full time . Currently I am at IPCC stage.Articleship has been already completed

you can give exam till your phd but not join anywhere in CA training before your phd complete is only way to get dual degree

Agreed with Lalit. But ICAI has also made pact with various institutions and universities to provide full time course along with the CA articleship but you have to fulfill some conditions and requirements for that. You have to check it yourself on the ICAI website.
