Two bm agenda in one postal ballot / agm

Shri P.C.Agarawal Sir 

pls suggest following :-

1) Board of Dirctors have approved Increase in capital at one bm say 1.4.2016 and on another Board meeting held on 1.5.2016 where they  approved for issue of pref shares.

now there was no postal ballot /agm happended between these 2 BM .

Query :-

1) can a Company can take these two agenda together  in one postal ballot or  egm OR agm ?as BM were on different dates .
