sir, Tuition income and house brokreg(Dalali) are taxable or tax free in GST.

Both are taxable service under GST.you need to registered under GST if total receipts exceeds 20 lakhs.

Both Tuition Income and Brokerage income is taxable under GST and as Sunil Sir said , registration becomes mandatory if your total receipts exceeds the prescribed Threshold limit of ₹ 20 lakhs..
