Hi

There seems to be NO hard and fast rule that tutions are needed or not needed for theory subjects. it varies from person to person. if u r able to read understand and reproduce the theory topics with ease then y waste time and money in tutions. but if u r not comfortable with it, then go for a good teacher and try not to waste hours in getting ready, going, coming, chattting, gossippping bla.. bla.. bla in the name of theory classes
