The turn over limit which was revised upto Rs. 1.5 Cr is enacted yet or not?
Whether as on today the limit for opting to Composition levy is Rs. 1 Dr for other than special category states?
Yes, the limit is still 1 crore.

The Central Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act 2018, has only amended the proviso to Sec. 10(1) which empowers the government to increase the limit, subject to a maximum cap.
The said maximum cap has been increased to 1.5 crore, but since last increase to 1 crore, not further increase has been notified.
