Aggregate Turnover including (Taxable value + Exempt supplies + Export + Inter state supplies + Outward RCM ) of person having same PAN be computed on all india basis

GSTR 9C is an annual return reconciliation and statement form and the GST council has given some relaxation while filing this form.

1. Not compulsory to file if your turnover is below INR 2 Crores
2. Optional to file if your turnover is between INR 2 Crores to 5 Crores
3. Compulsory to file if your turnover is more than INR 5 Crores

There are various options for online filing GSTR 9C forms via the Government portal, Gen GST software, etc.
