Is the Turnover includes the supply made by Agent on behalf of principal???

If the agent is doing independent business, i.e. raising invoices of his own , than the turnover will not be added in the principal turnover.
if the agent is working on behalf of principal and the business is in the nature of consignment , then it is the turnover of principal.
