But my question is if I pay from other person's account and I deposit same amount to his bank account what will be resust?

Yes you can claim the deduction of the tuition fees because ultimately you are reimbursing the amount to your employee who is paying the fee to the school on your behalf
How will cash transaction proved??
IT department need proof which should meet the the criteria to avail deduction.
