You need to following things for formation of public trust :

1. Atleast 7 trustees are required.

2.One office for the correspondence is required. The proof of address is required for registration of trust.

3.You need to draft the trust deed.

4.You need to apply with the District Charity Commissioner alongwith application form, requisite fee, trust deed, premises documents, affidavit, etc.

5. Then Charity commissioner gives the advertisement in local newspaper.

6. Generaly 40 days to 60 days takes for the registration of trust.
