Trust audit under bpta

is there a y time limit to carry out trust audit under Bombay public trust's act??
I saw some trust's who have not done audit since last 5-6 yrs and now they are doing it...
so what's the time limit??

every trust required to submit statement of accounts with the office ..

Thanks.... I read somewhere in act that audited accounts are to be submitted to chief Commissioner within six months of year end.... So, still I miss confused that how trust's arsenal getting their audit done of 2012, 13 now...?? Plzz clear my confusion
