Trust and hospital gst registration

my Party made a charity trust. he want to open hospital under this trust.
I want to know how to do gst registration of trust and hospital
gst registration of both (trust and hospital) are important or not .
If only hospital registration is important which documents required for gst registration. Which shows that the hospital will work under the trust.
