my Party made a charity trust. he want to open hospital under this trust.
I want to know how to do gst registration of trust and hospital
gst registration of both (trust and hospital) are important or not .
If only hospital registration is important which documents required for gst registration. Which shows that the hospital will work under the trust.

First of all, you need to get your trust registered. Keep in mind that "Health care services" must be included in the by-laws of the trust.
After registration of trust, go for gst registration.
